For more than 20 years, I have worked across the wine, restaurant and hotel industries

More than 12 of those years have been spent managing restaurants and five-star hotels, with teams ranging from 70 to more than 200 people. I have owned restaurants, pubs and a hotel in England.

I shaped the concept for Grand Cru, which earned a Michelin star. Today, I am a strategic advisor and mentor to owners of wineries, hotels and restaurants.
